雪花冰製造機 產品簡介： 雪花製冰機其結構可分為冷凍機房及冰水槽2部分，冷凍機房為主機之系統，冰水槽為製冰之場所，冰水槽內裝有乙二醇或丙二醇與水的比率為1:1，能使水下降至-35度c還能保持流體提供製雪花冰塊之導冷… 在臺灣220v/60hz電源下測試，依不同配方之所需製冰時間約3.5~5小時能生產12個每個約3300cc的雪花冰柱，每個冰柱約可製出22盤(盤子直徑約18.5cm深度4cm)/直徑12cm深5cm碗裝約有45份美味的雪花冰。 製冰機高度降低設計，取冰更省力輕鬆。 覆蓋式桌面設計，整個製冰區用.#304不銹鋼包覆面板， 雷射切割冰桶位置，置入冰桶後工作人員及物品不易接觸到冷凍液，防止異物掉入及操作人員接觸到冷凍液。 每個冰桶皆附有獨立冰桶蓋，製冰過程更加衛生安全。
12 TANK / ICE SNOWFLAKES ICE MAKING MACHINE
SPECIFICATIONS: The structure of the snowflakes ice making machine includes freezing chamber and ice water tank. The freezing chamber is a system of the machine, and the ice water tank is a location for making ice. The ice water tank is filled with ethylene glycol or propylene glycol, which mixes with water with ratio of 1:1. It allows water temperature lowers to -35ºC and still keep at a fluid condition, that provides cold guide for making snowflakes ice blocks.
In Taiwan under a 220V / 60HZ power source and various formulas condition, about 3.5~5 hours of ice making time can produce 12 pieces of about 3300cc of snowflakes ice posts. Each ice post can produce 22 trays ( tray diameter is about 18.5 cm, 4 cm depth ) of delicious snowflakes ice in 45 bowls of 12 cm diameter and 5 cm depth. Low height design of the ice making machine facilitates ice take-out. Covered table design. The entire ice making area is covered by #304 stainless steel. Laser cutting ice tank position. Once the ice tank is placed, the operator and object do not contact refrigerant. This may prevent foreign object dropping or the operator from touching refrigerant.
